I grew up in a machine shop, where I learned early the value of hard work, precision, and solving problems the right way. Over the course of more than a decade in lean manufacturing, I specialized in improving systems and automating processes so work could flow smoother, faster, and with less waste. That love for technology and efficiency has stayed with me ever since.

For the past 4+ years, I’ve applied that same mindset to the digital world—ranking Google Business Profiles across the U.S. and generating thousands of calls for local businesses. At first, I sold the leads myself. But I realized something important: that model puts the lead company in front of the customer, not the business owner. It helps in the short-term but doesn’t build trust or long-term growth for the people actually doing the work.

That’s why I built Climb Local. Instead of selling leads, we put businesses themselves front and center—so when someone searches for a service, they see you, not a middleman. That simple shift builds more trust with customers and creates a stronger foundation for sustainable growth.

My background is in systems, efficiency, and long-term thinking. My passion is helping business owners adapt to the changing technological landscape so they can keep doing what they do best—serving their customers—without being left behind.
